WHSNT Late/No Show Policy

Late Policy

If you are an Established patient and you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment with the provider or the ultrasound technician, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment unless the schedule can accommodate you. If you are a New patient and you arrive AT the scheduled appointment time and you have not completed the required forms in advance, you may also be asked to reschedule. A $50 cancellation fee may be assessed for any appointment that is not kept.

No Show Policy

We require a notification at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. There will be a $50 cancellation for any appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours or if you do not show up for your appointment.

After-Hours Answering Service Update

To All of Our Patients:

Effective September 1, 2022, we will no longer accept AFTER-HOURS phone calls to the on-call physician. If you have a non-emergent need, please call our office, or reach out through the patient portal during the normal business hours of 8am to 5pm. If you have an urgent OBSETRICAL NEED or think you are in LABOR, please go to LABOR AND DELIVERY TRIAGE for evaluation. If you have an emergent issue, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest Emergency Room.
